He was born in San Juan Puerto Rico, ordained a Priest in 1993 as a Claretian Missionary, with the charism of serving the Gospel and the word where necessary. He has worked pastorally and civilly in the Dominican Republic for about 25 years, as well as about 15 years in Puerto Rico. Since 2011 he has worked pastorally for the Episcopal Church of Puerto Rico serving in 3 faith communities. Studies of Theology and Philosophy with a Degree in Religious Sciences from the Pontifical Seminary of Santo Tomas de Aquino in the city of Santo Domingo. Master's Degree in School Administration from the Open University for Adults in Santiago, Dominican Republic. He has collaborated with associations related to the care of Nature and works in the promotion of Renewable Energy, in the promotion and installation of photovoltaic systems in communities of faith and residential projects. Today available for service to God in the Episcopal Diocese of Texas.
